The Aerial Freestyle Guidebook |
This book contains descriptions of 89 different freestyle moves and poses, with illustrations and explanations about how to perform them. The moves start from the basics, with poses in various orientations, and progress up to more complex dynamic moves such as twisting loops. The beginner will find lots of information about the fundamental moves in freestyle, and the more advanced jumpers will find many ideas for moves to include in their routines.
